- 1 pound turkey bacon
- 1 pound chicken ham
- 4 cups chicken broth
- 2 cups diced tomatoes
- 1 cup diced carrots
- 1 cup chopped celery
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- 2 cups cooked pasta
Instructions
- In a large pot, cook turkey bacon until crispy, then remove and chop.
- In the same pot, sauté garlic, carrots, and celery until softened.
- Add chicken ham and cook for an additional 5 minutes.
- Stir in chicken broth, diced tomatoes, and spices; bring to a boil.
- Add cooked pasta and turkey bacon, simmer for 10 minutes.
- Serve hot with your favorite bread.
Notes
- This soup can be made ahead and stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
- Try adding beans for extra protein and fiber!
