- 6 slices turkey bacon
- 1 cup chopped chicken ham
- 1 large onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 4 cups chicken broth
- 2 cups mixed vegetables
- 1 teaspoon thyme
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
Instructions
- In a large pot, heat olive oil over medium heat.
- Add turkey bacon and sauté until crispy.
- Stir in the onion and garlic, cooking until softened.
- Add chicken ham and mixed vegetables, cooking for another 5 minutes.
- Pour in chicken broth and add thyme and black pepper.
- Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 20 minutes.
- Serve hot and enjoy!
