  • 1 cup diced chicken ham

  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, heat olive oil over medium heat.
  2. Add turkey bacon and cook until crispy.
  3. Remove bacon and chop into pieces.
  4. Add chopped carrots, celery, and garlic to the pot and sauté for 5 minutes.
  5. Add diced potatoes, chicken ham, thyme, and black pepper; stir well.
  6. Pour in the vegetable broth and bring to a boil.
  7. Reduce heat and let it simmer for 20 minutes.
  8. Add greens and chopped turkey bacon back to the pot; cook for an additional 5 minutes.
