- 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 cup sugar
- 4 large eggs
- 32 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup heavy cream
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 325°F (163°C).
- In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter until combined.
- Press the mixture into the bottom of a springform pan.
- In another bowl, beat the cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
- Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
- Stir in vanilla extract and heavy cream until fully incorporated.
- Pour the cream cheese mixture over the crust.
- Bake for 50-60 minutes until set.
- Allow to cool, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
Notes
- For a richer flavor, add chocolate ganache on top before serving.
- Serve with fresh fruit for added sweetness.
