  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • 1 cup pizza base or naan
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup chopped cilantro

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix yogurt, ginger-garlic paste, chili powder, garam masala, salt, and lemon juice to make a marinade.
  2. Add the chicken pieces to the marinade and let it sit for at least 30 minutes.
  3. Heat oil in a pan and cook the marinated chicken until fully cooked.
  4. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  5. Spread the cooked chicken over the pizza base or naan.
  6. Top with shredded mozzarella cheese and chopped cilantro.
  7. Bake in the oven for 10-12 minutes or until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
