- 1 pound boneless chicken, cut into small pieces

- 1 teaspoon garam masala
- 1 teaspoon salt

- 2 tablespoons oil
- 1 cup pizza base or naan
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix yogurt, ginger-garlic paste, chili powder, garam masala, salt, and lemon juice to make a marinade.
- Add the chicken pieces to the marinade and let it sit for at least 30 minutes.
- Heat oil in a pan and cook the marinated chicken until fully cooked.
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Spread the cooked chicken over the pizza base or naan.
- Top with shredded mozzarella cheese and chopped cilantro.
- Bake in the oven for 10-12 minutes or until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
Notes
- For extra flavor, add your choice of bell peppers or onions on top before baking.
- Feel free to use store-bought pizza bases for quicker preparation.
