- 2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1 can sweetened condensed milk
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter
- 1 teaspoon mint extract
- 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips
- 1/4 cup green food coloring
Instructions
- In a medium saucepan, combine the chocolate chips, sweetened condensed milk, and butter over medium heat. Stir until melted and smooth.
- Remove from heat and add the mint extract and food coloring, mixing until fully incorporated.
- Fold in the mini chocolate chips.
- Pour the fudge mixture into a greased 8×8 inch pan and spread evenly.
- Refrigerate for at least 2 hours until set.
- Cut into squares and serve.
Notes
- For a stronger mint flavor, increase the mint extract to 1.5 teaspoons.
- Store fudge in an airtight container to maintain freshness.
