Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, cream together the softened butter and powdered sugar until light and fluffy.
- Mix in the peppermint extract and salt.
- Gradually add the flour and mix until combined.
- Fold in the mini chocolate chips.
- Shape the dough into small balls and place them on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes or until the edges are lightly golden.
- Allow to cool, then roll in powdered sugar before serving.
Notes
- For added flavor, try using dark chocolate chips.
- Make sure the cookies are completely cooled before rolling in powdered sugar.
