- 1/2 cup graham cracker crumbs
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine the shredded coconut, sweetened condensed milk, and graham cracker crumbs.
- Spread the mixture evenly in a greased baking dish.
- Melt the chocolate chips in a microwave or double boiler.
- Pour the melted chocolate over the coconut mixture and spread evenly.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes.
- Allow to cool completely before cutting into bars.
