Instructions

  2. Mix in flour and salt until a dough forms.
  3. Knead the dough for 5 minutes until smooth.
  4. Let the dough rise in a greased bowl, covered, for 1 hour.
  5. Preheat the oven to 450°F (230°C).
  6. Divide dough into pieces, flatten, and place mozzarella sticks, then seal.
  7. In a pot, bring water and baking soda to a boil.
  8. Boil each pretzel for about 30 seconds, then place on a baking sheet.
  9. Brush with egg wash and sprinkle with sea salt.
  10. Bake for 12-15 minutes until golden brown.
