- 1 1/2 cups crushed Oreo cookies
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 2 cups chocolate ice cream
- 1 cup whipped cream
- 1/2 cup chocolate syrup
- 1/4 cup coffee liqueur (optional)
- 1/4 cup mini chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine crushed Oreo cookies and melted butter. Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of a pie pan to form a crust.
- Bake the crust for 10 minutes, then remove from the oven and let it cool.
- Scoop the chocolate ice cream into the cooled crust and spread it evenly.
- Drizzle chocolate syrup over the ice cream layer and add coffee liqueur if desired.
- Top with whipped cream and sprinkle mini chocolate chips on top.
- Freeze the pie for at least 2 hours before serving.

Notes
- For a stronger coffee flavor, increase the amount of coffee liqueur.
- Storing leftovers in an airtight container in the freezer will keep it fresh longer.
