Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 475°F (245°C).
- Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface to your desired thickness.
- Transfer the rolled dough to a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat and sauté the shallots and mushrooms until soft.
- Spread the sautéed mixture evenly over the dough.
- Sprinkle the herbed goat cheese on top and season with thyme, salt, and pepper.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until the crust is golden.
- Remove from oven, let cool slightly, and slice before serving.
