Instructions

- In another bowl, whisk together buttermilk, eggs, and melted butter.
- Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix until just combined.
- Pour the batter into a greased baking dish and bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
Notes
- For a sweeter version, add 1/4 cup of sugar.
- Experiment by adding jalapeños for a spicy kick.
