- 1 package Biscoff cookies
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup Biscoff spread
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- Crush the Biscoff cookies into fine crumbs and set aside.
- In a mixing bowl, whip the heavy cream until soft peaks form.
- In another bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, Biscoff spread, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract. Mix until smooth.
- Gently fold in the whipped cream into the Biscoff mixture.
- In a serving dish, layer some of the cookie crumbs at the bottom, followed by a layer of the cream mixture. Repeat the layers until ingredients are used up, finishing with cream on top.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours or until set.
Notes
- For added flavor, drizzle some extra Biscoff spread on top before serving.
- Ensure your cream cheese is at room temperature for easier mixing.
