- 2 cups graham cracker crumbs

- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 2 cups heavy whipping cream
- 1 cup cherry pie filling
- 1/2 cup chocolate shavings
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter, then press the mixture into the bottom of a springform pan.
- In a large mixing bowl, beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
- In another bowl, whip heavy cream until soft peaks form, then fold it into the cream cheese mixture.
- Spread the filling over the crust and smooth it out.
- Chill for at least 4 hours or until set.
- Before serving, top with cherry pie filling and chocolate shavings.
Notes
- Make sure to let the cheesecake chill thoroughly for the best texture.
- You can substitute the cherry filling with other fruits like strawberries or blueberries.
