Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, beat the heavy cream until soft peaks form.
- In another bowl, mix the cream cheese, caramel sauce, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
- Fold the whipped cream into the caramel mixture until combined.
- In a pan, layer graham crackers, followed by the caramel mixture.
- Continue layering until all ingredients are used, finishing with a layer of caramel mixture.
- Refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.

- For a richer flavor, use homemade caramel sauce.
- Let the cake sit overnight for best results.
