Instructions
- In a bowl, combine heavy cream, vanilla extract, and powdered sugar. Whip until soft peaks form.
- In a serving dish, layer graham crackers, followed by the whipped cream mixture, and drizzle with caramel sauce.
- Repeat the layers until all ingredients are used, finishing with whipped cream on top.
- Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until set.
- Serve chilled, garnished with extra caramel sauce if desired.
