- 1 1/2 cups chocolate cookie crumbs
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 (3.9 oz) box instant chocolate pudding mix
- 2 cups milk
- 1 (8 oz) tub whipped topping, thawed
- 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine chocolate cookie crumbs and melted butter. Press mixture into the bottom and up the sides of a pie dish.
- In another bowl, whisk chocolate pudding mix and milk together for 2 minutes. Let it sit for 5 minutes until it thickens.
- Fold in the whipped topping until well combined.
- Pour the pudding mixture into the prepared crust and spread evenly.
- Sprinkle with mini chocolate chips on top.
- Refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
