  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 (3.9 oz) box instant chocolate pudding mix
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1 (8 oz) tub whipped topping, thawed
  • 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine chocolate cookie crumbs and melted butter. Press mixture into the bottom and up the sides of a pie dish.
  2. In another bowl, whisk chocolate pudding mix and milk together for 2 minutes. Let it sit for 5 minutes until it thickens.
  3. Fold in the whipped topping until well combined.
  4. Pour the pudding mixture into the prepared crust and spread evenly.
  5. Sprinkle with mini chocolate chips on top.
  6. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
