- 1 1/4 cups graham cracker crumbs

- 2 cups heavy whipping cream
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup sweetened shredded coconut
Instructions
- Mix graham cracker crumbs, cocoa powder, granulated sugar, and melted butter in a bowl and press into the bottom of a pie dish.
- In a separate bowl, beat together cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth.
- In another bowl, whip the heavy cream and vanilla extract until soft peaks form.
- Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture.
- Stir in shredded coconut, then pour the filling into the crust.
- Refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
Notes
- For a more intense coconut flavor, use coconut milk in the filling.
- Top with additional shredded coconut or whipped cream for presentation.
