- 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 can (14 ounces) coconut cream
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- 1/2 cup shredded coconut
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, cocoa powder, sugar, and melted butter. Press mixture into a pie dish to form the crust.
- In another bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form. Fold in coconut cream, shredded coconut, vanilla extract, and salt.
- Spread the coconut cream mixture over the crust evenly.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours before serving.
Notes
- For added texture, top with extra shredded coconut before serving.
- Can be made a day ahead for best results.
