Ingredients

  • 1 can (14 ounces) coconut cream
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 1/2 cup shredded coconut
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, cocoa powder, sugar, and melted butter. Press mixture into a pie dish to form the crust.
  2. In another bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form. Fold in coconut cream, shredded coconut, vanilla extract, and salt.
  3. Spread the coconut cream mixture over the crust evenly.
  4. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours before serving.

Notes

  • For added texture, top with extra shredded coconut before serving.
  • Can be made a day ahead for best results.
