Instructions
- In a bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter, then press into the bottom of a pie dish.
- In another bowl, beat together cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth.
- Add lemonade concentrate and lemon zest, mixing until incorporated.
- Fold in whipped topping until well combined.
- Pour the mixture into the prepared crust and smooth the top.
- Refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
Notes
- For a stronger lemon flavor, add more lemon zest or a splash of fresh lemon juice.
- Make ahead and refrigerate for up to 2 days.
