- 1 cup chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup peanut butter
- 1/4 cup honey
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine the peanut butter and honey.
- Heat in the microwave for 30 seconds until smooth.
- Stir in the chocolate chips until melted.
- Add the rice cereal and stir until fully coated.
- Press the mixture into a lined pan.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour.
- Cut into bars and serve.
Notes
- For added flavor, sprinkle some sea salt on top before chilling.
- These bars can be customized with nuts or dried fruits.
