Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 can (14 ounces) sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 cup semisweet chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup chopped pecans
  • 1/2 cup shredded coconut
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter until well combined. Press into the bottom of a pie dish.
  2. In a saucepan, combine sweetened condensed milk, chocolate chips, pecans, coconut, and vanilla over medium heat. Stir until chocolate is melted and mixture is smooth.
  3. Pour chocolate mixture into the prepared crust and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until set.
  4. Slice and serve cold, garnished with extra pecans or coconut if desired.

Notes

  • For a richer flavor, use dark chocolate chips instead of semisweet.
  • Can be stored covered in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.
