- 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 can (14 ounces) sweetened condensed milk
- 1 cup semisweet chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup chopped pecans
- 1/2 cup shredded coconut
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter until well combined. Press into the bottom of a pie dish.
- In a saucepan, combine sweetened condensed milk, chocolate chips, pecans, coconut, and vanilla over medium heat. Stir until chocolate is melted and mixture is smooth.
- Pour chocolate mixture into the prepared crust and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until set.
- Slice and serve cold, garnished with extra pecans or coconut if desired.
Notes
- For a richer flavor, use dark chocolate chips instead of semisweet.
- Can be stored covered in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.
