- 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 2 cups heavy whipping cream
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup sweetened shredded coconut
- 1 cup chopped pecans
- 1 cup powdered sugar
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, cocoa powder, sugar, and melted butter. Press mixture into the bottom of a pie pan.
- In another bowl, whip the heavy cream until soft peaks form.
- In a separate bowl, beat the cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth.
- Fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture gently.
- Add coconut and pecans to the mixture and fold in.
- Spread the filling over the crust and refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
Notes
- Chill the pie overnight for the best texture.
- Top with additional coconut or pecans if desired.
