Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup sweetened shredded coconut
  • 1 cup chopped pecans
  • 1 cup powdered sugar

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, cocoa powder, sugar, and melted butter. Press mixture into the bottom of a pie pan.
  2. In another bowl, whip the heavy cream until soft peaks form.
  3. In a separate bowl, beat the cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth.
  4. Fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture gently.
  5. Add coconut and pecans to the mixture and fold in.
  6. Spread the filling over the crust and refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
