- 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1 cup mascarpone cheese
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1/4 cup coffee, cooled
- 2 tablespoons cocoa powder
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs and coffee until combined.
- In another bowl, whip heavy cream with powdered sugar until stiff peaks form.
- Fold mascarpone cheese into the whipped cream.
- Layer the graham cracker mixture and the mascarpone mixture in a serving dish.
- Repeat layers and finish with cocoa powder on top.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours before serving.
Notes
- For added flavor, you can sprinkle some chocolate shavings on top before serving.
- Allowing it to chill overnight will enhance the flavors.
