Ingredients

  • 24 Oreo cookies
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 cups cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • additional Oreo cookies for topping

Instructions

  1. Crush the Oreo cookies and mix with melted butter to form the crust.
  2. Press the mixture into the bottom of a springform pan and refrigerate.
  3. In a bowl, beat the cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth.
  4. In another bowl, whip the heavy cream and vanilla until stiff peaks form.
  5. Fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture.
  6. Pour the mixture over the crust and smooth the top.
  7. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until set.
  8. Top with additional crushed Oreos before serving.
