Instructions
- In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs, brown sugar, and melted butter until well combined.
- Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of a pie dish to form the crust.
- In a separate bowl, combine pumpkin puree, whipped cream, powdered sugar, pumpkin pie spice, and vanilla extract, mixing until smooth.
- Pour the pumpkin mixture into the prepared crust, smoothing the top.
- Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until set.
- Serve chilled, topped with additional whipped cream if desired.
Notes
- For a more intense flavor, let the pie sit overnight in the refrigerator before serving.
- Use a store-bought crust if short on time.
