- 1 cup desiccated coconut

Instructions
- In a bowl, mix the raspberries and condensed milk until well combined.
- Add the desiccated coconut, rolled oats, chopped almonds, and vanilla extract. Stir until all ingredients are evenly mixed.
- Form the mixture into small balls and place them on a parchment-lined tray.
- Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to firm up.
- Serve chilled and enjoy!

- For added sweetness, roll the balls in extra coconut or cocoa powder.
- These can be stored in the fridge for up to a week.
