Ingredients

  • 2 cups heavy whipping cream
  • 2 cups fresh strawberries, sliced
  • ¼ cup strawberry sauce

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter until well mixed. Press into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan.
  2. In a separate bowl, beat together cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  3. In another bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form, then gently fold into the cream cheese mixture.
  4. Layer the cream cheese mixture over the crust in the springform pan.
  5. Top with sliced strawberries and drizzle with strawberry sauce.
  6. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours or until set.
