- 1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs
- ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 2 cups heavy whipping cream
- 2 cups fresh strawberries, sliced
- ¼ cup strawberry sauce
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter until well mixed. Press into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan.
- In a separate bowl, beat together cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- In another bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form, then gently fold into the cream cheese mixture.
- Layer the cream cheese mixture over the crust in the springform pan.
- Top with sliced strawberries and drizzle with strawberry sauce.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours or until set.
- Slice and serve chilled.
Notes
- For a crunchier texture, use crushed cookies instead of graham crackers.
- Fresh strawberries can be substituted with any other berry of your choice.
