Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, mix grated carrots, almond flour, applesauce, honey, and eggs.
- Add baking powder, cinnamon, vanilla extract, and salt; mix until well combined.
- If using, fold in chopped walnuts.
- Pour the batter into a greased cake pan.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let cool before serving.
Notes
- For a sweeter cake, adjust the amount of honey or syrup.
