- 1 cup crushed Butterfinger candy bars
- 1 cup caramel sauce
- 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup chocolate chips
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the softened cream cheese and caramel sauce, mixing until well blended.
- Add in the crushed Butterfinger candy bars and graham cracker crumbs, mixing until combined.
- Roll the mixture into small balls and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
- Melt the chocolate chips and dip each truffle into the chocolate, coating completely.
- Return the truffles to the baking sheet and refrigerate until set.
Notes
- For an extra crunch, you can roll the truffles in additional crushed Butterfinger before the chocolate coating.
