Instructions

- Press the mixture into a lined baking dish to create a firm base.
- In a saucepan over low heat, combine sweetened condensed milk and remaining ingredients, stirring until smooth and caramel-like in texture.
- Pour the caramel mixture over the base and spread evenly.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours until set.
- Cut into bars and serve.
