Instructions
- In a bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press mixture into the bottom of a pie dish to form the crust.
- In a mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth. Gradually add the powdered sugar and beat until well combined.
- Mix in the lemonade concentrate, lemon juice, and lemon zest until fully incorporated.
- Fold in the whipped topping gently until no streaks remain.
- Pour the filling into the prepared crust and smooth the top with a spatula.
- Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until set.
- Serve chilled, garnished with lemon slices if desired.
Notes
- For a sweeter pie, adjust the sugar according to your taste.
