- 2 ripe bananas
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream

- 1 package instant vanilla pudding mix
- 2 cups milk
- 12 mini graham cracker crusts
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine the heavy whipping cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract. Beat until stiff peaks form.
- In another bowl, whisk together instant vanilla pudding mix and milk until thickened.
- Fold the whipped cream into the pudding mixture until well combined.
- Slice the bananas and layer them at the bottom of each mini crust.
- Top the bananas with the pudding mixture, filling each crust to the top.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour before serving.
Notes
- For added flavor, consider drizzling chocolate sauce over the pies before serving.
