- 24 Oreo cookies
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 16 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 2 cups whipped cream
Instructions
- Crush the Oreo cookies and mix with melted butter to form the crust.
- Press the crust into the bottom of a springform pan.
- In a bowl, blend cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth.
- Fold in the whipped cream.
- Pour the cream cheese mixture over the crust and smooth the top.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours before serving.
Notes
- For a chocolatey twist, add chocolate chips to the filling.
- Garnish with additional crushed Oreos on top.
