- 24 Oreo cookies
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 2 cups cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 2 cups whipped cream
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 4 Oreo cookies, crushed (for topping)
Instructions
- In a food processor, crush 24 Oreo cookies into fine crumbs.
- Mix the cookie crumbs with melted butter until well combined.
- Press the mixture into the bottom of a springform pan to form the crust.
- In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth.
- Add in powdered sugar and vanilla extract, mixing until combined.
- Fold in the whipped cream gently until fully incorporated.
- Pour the cheesecake mixture over the crust in the springform pan.
- Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until set.
- Once set, top with crushed Oreo cookies before serving.
Notes
- This cheesecake can be made a day in advance.
- Feel free to add chocolate syrup on top for extra sweetness.
