  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted

  • 4 Oreo cookies, crushed (for topping)

Instructions

  1. In a food processor, crush 24 Oreo cookies into fine crumbs.
  2. Mix the cookie crumbs with melted butter until well combined.
  3. Press the mixture into the bottom of a springform pan to form the crust.
  4. In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth.
  5. Add in powdered sugar and vanilla extract, mixing until combined.
  6. Fold in the whipped cream gently until fully incorporated.
  7. Pour the cheesecake mixture over the crust in the springform pan.
  8. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until set.
  9. Once set, top with crushed Oreo cookies before serving.
