- 1 cup peanut butter
- 1 cup cream cheese
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 1 cup chocolate chips
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the peanut butter, cream cheese, and vanilla extract. Mix until smooth.
- Gradually add in the powdered sugar and graham cracker crumbs until well combined.
- Chill the mixture in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes.
- Once chilled, scoop out small portions of the mixture and roll them into balls.
- Dip each ball in melted chocolate and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Refrigerate again until the chocolate is set, then serve.
Notes
- For an extra touch, you can sprinkle crushed nuts on top of the chocolate before it sets.
- These cheesecake balls can be made in advance and stored in the fridge.
