- 1 cup milk
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1 cup all-purpose flour

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a saucepan, bring the milk and butter to a boil.
- Remove from heat and stir in the flour and salt until smooth.
- Add the eggs, one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
- Stir in the sugar, vanilla extract, and baking powder.
- Drop spoonfuls of the mixture onto a greased baking sheet.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
- Allow to cool slightly before serving.
Notes
- For extra flavor, try adding a sprinkle of nutmeg or cinnamon to the batter.
- These puffs can be served with a dusting of powdered sugar on top.
