Instructions
- In a blender, combine coconut cream, pineapple juice, white rum, blue curaçao, and ice.
- Blend until smooth and creamy.
- Pour the mixture into a chilled glass.
- Garnish with a slice of fresh pineapple and a cherry.

- For a non-alcoholic version, omit the rum and blue curaçao.
- Adjust the sweetness by adding more or less coconut cream.
