- 1 cup coconut cream
- 1 cup pineapple juice
- 1/2 cup white rum
- 1/4 cup fresh lime juice
- 2 cups crushed ice
- 2 tablespoons shredded coconut, for garnish
Instructions
- In a blender, combine the coconut cream, pineapple juice, white rum, fresh lime juice, and crushed ice.
- Blend on high until smooth and creamy.
- Pour into glasses and garnish with shredded coconut.
- Serve immediately and enjoy your beachside escape!
Notes
- For a non-alcoholic version, omit the rum and add extra pineapple juice.
