Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a donut pan.
- In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and nutmeg.
- In a separate bowl, beat the eggs and then add the milk and melted butter.
- Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix until combined.
- Spoon the batter into the prepared donut pan, filling each mold about 2/3 full.
- Bake for about 12-15 minutes or until the donuts are golden brown.
- Allow the donuts to cool slightly before removing them from the pan.
