- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 cup ham, diced
- 4 strips turkey bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 1/2 cup celery, diced
- 1/4 cup red onion, finely chopped
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the chicken, ham, turkey bacon, celery, and red onion.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, apple cider vinegar, salt, and pepper.
- Pour the dressing over the chicken mixture and toss to combine.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
Notes
- You can add diced pickles for extra crunch.
- This salad can be served on a bed of lettuce or as a sandwich filling.
