- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 onion chopped
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 1 can diced tomatoes (15 oz)
- 1 can tomato sauce (8 oz)
- 2 cups elbow macaroni
- 2 cups beef broth
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
Instructions
- In a large pot, brown the ground beef over medium heat until fully cooked.
- Add onions and garlic; sauté until softened.
- Stir in diced tomatoes, tomato sauce, beef broth, Worcestershire sauce, and seasonings.
- Add elbow macaroni and bring to a boil.
- Reduce heat and simmer for about 20 minutes, stirring occasionally, until pasta is tender.
Notes
- For extra flavor, add grated cheese on top before serving.
- This dish can be made ahead and reheated easily.
