  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 cup mixed vegetables

Instructions

  1. In a large pan, heat olive oil over medium heat.
  2. Add chicken thighs and cook until browned on both sides.
  3. In a bowl, mix honey and BBQ sauce, then pour over the chicken.
  4. Add rice and chicken broth to the pan.
  5. Stir in garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  6. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and cover.
  7. Cook for about 20 minutes, add mixed vegetables, and continue cooking until rice is tender.
  8. Remove from heat and let it sit for 5 minutes before serving.
