- 8 ounces pasta
- 1 pound turkey bacon
- 1 cup BBQ sauce
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 1 tablespoon smoked paprika
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 cup shredded cheese
Instructions
- Cook the turkey bacon in a large pot until crispy.
- Remove the bacon and set aside, keeping the drippings in the pot.
- Add pasta, BBQ sauce, chicken broth, smoked paprika, garlic powder, and onion powder to the pot.
- Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer until the pasta is cooked through.
- Stir in the shredded cheese until melted and creamy.
- Top with crumbled bacon before serving.
Notes
- For a kick, add some crushed red pepper flakes.
- Use whole wheat pasta for a healthier version.
