- 8 ounces pasta
- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup turkey bacon, chopped
- 1 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- 1 tablespoon chopped parsley
Instructions
- Cook the turkey bacon in a large pan over medium heat until crispy.
- Add butter and garlic, and sauté until fragrant.
- Stir in the pasta and chicken broth; bring to a boil.
- Reduce the heat and simmer until the pasta is cooked.
- Stir in the parmesan cheese and season with black pepper and red pepper flakes.
- Garnish with parsley before serving.
Notes
- For a vegetarian version, omit the turkey bacon.
