  • 1 pound baby potatoes
  • 2 cups green beans
  • 4 tablespoons olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine olive oil, garlic, thyme, salt, and pepper. Add chicken and toss to coat.
  3. Place seasoned chicken on a baking sheet.
  4. Add potatoes around the chicken and drizzle with additional olive oil, salt, and pepper.
  5. Bake for 25 minutes. Then add green beans to the pan.
  6. Return to the oven and bake for an additional 15 minutes.
