- 1 pound sausages
- 4 medium potatoes, diced
- 2 bell peppers, sliced
- 1 onion, sliced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large baking dish, combine the potatoes, bell peppers, and onions.
- Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Toss to coat.
- Add the sausages on top of the vegetables.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until the sausages are cooked through and the vegetables are tender.
- Serve hot and enjoy!
Notes
- For extra flavor, marinate the sausages in the spice mix for an hour before cooking.
- Feel free to use other vegetables like zucchini or carrots.
