Ingredients

  • 4 medium potatoes, diced
  • 2 bell peppers, sliced

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large baking dish, combine the potatoes, bell peppers, and onions.

  4. Add the sausages on top of the vegetables.
