Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt.
- In another bowl, combine yogurt, sugar, olive oil, eggs, orange zest, vanilla, and orange juice.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.
- Pour the batter into a greased loaf pan.
- Bake for 45-50 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Allow to cool before slicing and serving.
Notes
- For a sweeter loaf, add more sugar or a glaze on top.
- Pair it with tea or coffee for a perfect snack.
