- 1 ½ cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- ½ teaspoon baking soda
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- ½ cup Greek yogurt
- 2 large eggs
- ⅓ cup vegetable oil
- 2 tablespoons fresh orange juice
- 1 tablespoon grated orange zest
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a loaf pan.
- In a bowl, mix the flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt together.
- In another bowl, whisk together the sugar, Greek yogurt, eggs, vegetable oil, orange juice, and orange zest until smooth.
- Gradually combine the wet and dry ingredients until just mixed.
- Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and smooth the top.
- Bake for 50-60 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Allow the loaf to cool in the pan for 10 minutes before transferring it to a wire rack to cool completely.
Notes
- For added flavor, consider adding a glaze made with powdered sugar and orange juice on top.
- This loaf can be served warm or at room temperature.
