- 12 Oreo cookies
- 2 cups vanilla ice cream
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips
Instructions
- Take 6 Oreo cookies and carefully twist them to separate the halves.
- Spread a scoop of vanilla ice cream on the cream side of one half.
- Top with another half of an Oreo cookie to make a sandwich.
- Repeat with the remaining cookies and ice cream.
- Roll the edges of the sandwiches in chocolate chips.
- Place the sandwiches in the freezer for at least 2 hours to set.
- Serve and enjoy!

- Use any flavor of ice cream you like.
- For added flavor, drizzle chocolate sauce over the sandwiches before serving.
